Sleep Diagnostic Lab


If you experience daytime sleepiness, excessive use of sleeping pills, nighttime chest pains, morning headache, snoring, breathing irregularities during sleep, muscle cramps, esophageal reflux or nighttime seizure activity, the Sleep Diagnostic Lab at Hills and Dales General Hospital may be able to help you.

Take the following sleep disorder evaluation and test your sleeping patterns:

Yes     No

Do you feel that you sleep satisfactorily?

Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep?

Have you been told that you walk, talk, moan, or grind your teeth while you sleep?

Have you been told that your legs twitch or kick during the night?

Do you lie awake at night feeling worried or anxious?

Do you ever awaken suddenly gasping for breath?

Do you have Morning Headaches?

Do you ever feel extremely sleepy during the day?

Do you have trouble concentrating?

Have you been told you snore?

Have you ever had attacks of sudden physical weakness?

Are any of your family members troubled by the symptoms listed above?
