Sponsorship Packages

If becoming a sponsor is not for you we are also collecting donated items to auction and raffle, just call Ashley at the number listed above.

If you would like to gather a foursome and have a day of fun the cost is only $125 per golfer ($500/foursome).

Hills & Dales greatly appreciates your consideration to support our event. Your support in this year's benefit will assist Hills and Dales with equipment acquisitions as well as many medical and educational programs. Hills and Dales is an approved charitable entity under IRS code section 501 c (3).

By becoming a tournament player or sponsor you will assist us in advancing the provision of quality health services in the Thumb of Michigan.

Lunch Sponsor: $1000.00

  • Labels on every boxed lunch distributed to players, staff, volunteers, and guests. On label: "Compliments of...." your name/logo.

Drink Sponsor: $750.00

  • Signage on Beverage Carts
  • Signage at bar set up during Awards/Dinner Banquet

Tee Sponsor: $500.00

Silent Auction Item:

Donation of a Prize or Gift Basket valued at $100.00 grants you recognition in program
